Terms of Reference

To bring together the different organisations and agendas that are relevant for the Town Centre’s success.
To steer and guide decision-making to support baseline service enhancement.
To envision and deliver additional services in the Town Centre.
To facilitate synergies and coordination between existing organisations working for the town centre, rather than compete with other bodies, to bring additionality and foster economies of scales; and
To develop business-led partnerships that work in the interests of the whole community, rather than just one group.
The partnership will have representation on the Infrastructure and Hemel 2020 Delivery Board, the Hemel Hempstead Town Centre Project Board and other projects as appropriate.
