Who We Are
The Hemel Hempstead Town Centre Partnership (HHTCP) is a new initiative bringing together key representatives
from the area’s business community as well as representatives from Dacorum Borough Council and other community groups all of whom are passionate about the continued success of Hemel Hempstead Town Centre and are eager to put the necessary plans in place to safeguard it for the future.
From improving safety and access, through to securing greater footfall and investment, the Partnership aims to create a prosperous and attractive town centre for you to live, work, shop and spend your leisure time.
